Inexpensive accommodations when compared to prices in bigger cities like Waco in summer 2022. I would describe it as a very basic motel that provides a shelter/bed for travelers on the road. It is not a place to stay at for multiple nights. If you just need a place to sleep and do not feel like camping, stay here. It was surprisingly quiet, despite being on a busier road.

The location was convenient, the bed was firm, and the shower was good. There was one set of towels.
